Inspiring.. I just hope before all that budget is spent on touring Mars or creating the next chemical weapons.. that resource & genius scientific talent is used to cure terminal diseases which affect so many lives..
Random observation: Jeremy is good at reading off a teleprompter without making it obvious he’s doing so. He even looks away from the teleprompter a couple of times. God forbid! LOL
Mariam, don’t get me started on all the money spent on the space program. I’m sure some of what they’re doing is worthwhile, but a lot of it seems like a waste of moolah.
This Pattinson (or Pattison, I don’t know and I don’t care) is so indifferent, apathetic, uninterested! Does he understand where he is?
That was a touching and interesting video. I see no reason to judge the presenters, who participated for a cause and to support those who are suffering from and have survived cancer.
Everybody can see the difference of acting talents here:-D While Jeremy speaks so dramatically and seriously, when speach comes to the pale vampireman, everybody could fall asleep:-D
I agree with you V.M.L.! I wonder if this research has anything to do with HeLe cells? There was a poor African American woman from the south who died at the age of 31 with cervical cancer. When she was being tested, the physician who she was seeing took a large part of her tumor and used it for research (without her knowing anything about it). Her (cancer) cells never died and they were able to find many cures due to this. I know Polio was one of them, and the vaccine for HPV. In fact, they produced so many of her cells that you could wrap the earth 3 times. Its very interesting! The book is called, “The Immortality of Henrietta Lacks.” The also took her cells up into space to see how the conditions affected her cells. Yes, people the space program is very important! If you want to complain about something or someone complain about the Pharmaceuticall companys.
Oh, elenant and Lakeysha when is the last time you put your time and effort into a cause like this. Maybe instead of judging someone for taking the time out of their (I’m sure busy schedules), stop blowing hot air and do the same!
Thank you-Jeremy!
I lost my cousin to cancer so this touched my heart. The way Jeremy spoke just melted my heart because he is so caring. I love this man more and have so much respect for him. Merci jeremy. Je t’aime.
