Universal has confirmed that they are actively developing a follow up movie to Jeremy Renner’s “The Bourne Legacy”.
NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke made the announcement at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2012 Media, Communications & Technology conference.
Also, the announcement was made that Seth MacFarlane’s summer hit comedy “Ted” is also going to get a second outing with Burke stating the studio wants to make it “as soon as we can.”
Update: The Bourne Lagacy DVD/Blu Ray is set to be released on Dec 11, 2012, more details will be published soon.

Lets hope it be better than the first one, it really lacked substance and plot sorry guys and there was too many unnecessary close up scenes which kind of makes ya feel like up way too close to be needed. As for romance I don’t think Aaron gonna make a move on the scientists there’s probably hard any time in there for any signs of a relationship to be based on cause of the constant running around. There was lack of chemistry, I think been more interesting if scarlet pick up the role, Rachael Weiz is ok i loved her in the Mummy collection and she and Brendan Frazier make a better on screen couple. Also if Jason Bourne going to come back oddly enough Matt Damon is a year older than Jeremy
also how they going to make two agents go against each other, would Aaron Cross defeat Jason Bourne would be interesting to see rather than have the two work together.

Renner has a lot more to offer just feel when i watch the movie it was no depth to it the story was very shallow and mostly relie on constant running.
it will be great to see both jason and Aaron bring down the whole CIA ha ha ha…that would make them work together instead of against them. If Jeremy is not up for a romance scene i’m sure Matt can pick up the scene. I do agree wtih DD on the whole chemistry thing there was none between Rachel and Jeremy.
yeah i think i would go see that as a movie Jason and Aaron meet, i think that be better than them separate movies, besides Matt Damon had a relationship with that blonde chick he dragged around with him, Jeremy doesn’t have to follow Matt’s footsteps.
